4 Steps from Your Application to Joining the PEC Team
1. Get in Touch
After you have sent us your application you will receive confirmation of receipt within one day. We will then look through your documents. Along with your studies, we are particularly interested in your professional and personal experiences – e.g. internships, semesters abroad and sabbaticals. It is therefore helpful for us if you provide a detailed description of what you’ve already done.
2. Be Invited
If we find your application interesting, we will phone you to make an appointment for an interview. We will then send you the interview invitation with all the important information by email.
3. Let’s Talk
We want to get to know you better in a face-to-face interview – and we’re sure you want to get to know us, too! The best way to do this is to tell us more about the individual parts of your CV, your experience and your interests. We will answer your questions and provide in-depth information about our company.
4. Join Us
The HR department will give you feedback as quickly as possible, but will first discuss your application with the specialist department. If it’s a match, we will call you. After that, all you have to do is sign your contract and voilà! Welcome to PEC.

Take Off Together!
We help you tackle the challenges that come with a new job. We’ll have your back from the first day, and will help you get to know PEC so that you can quickly find your feet. Our in-depth onboarding process ensures that you are familiarized with all information, system access details and your new colleagues so that you can hit the ground running.
Our Buddy Program
We provide you with a buddy to make starting work at PEC easier. One of your colleagues will support you during your first six months with us, helping you with things like organizational questions or providing tips on great places to eat during your lunch break. This means you’ll always have a main point of contact you can turn to – even after you’ve completed your first six months here.
The Rookie Cycle
The rookie cycle is also a fundamental part of our onboarding process. During their first six months of working for us, new employees regularly get together for dinner at the respective locations. These monthly meetings allow our rookies to get to know their colleagues better and to network internally. We celebrate your first six months at PEC with the rookie graduation event.
