PEC – One of a Kind, Together!

Our workstations are modern and mostly ergonomically designed. We also offer you the option to work standing up. Our offices are equipped with large, flexibly adjustable monitors and laptop stands, and some of them have electric height-adjustable desks. Both the position of the monitors and the height of the desks can be individually adjusted to your height.

At PEC, you’ll sometimes work on site with our customers, on other days in one of our offices and often remotely, too. So that you can work flexibly regardless of where you are, we provide you with an iPhone and a work laptop or, if desired, a MacBook or Windows PC.

We like the idea of leaving the car at home from time to time. Commuting to work by bike is not only good for your health but good for the environment, too. We offer all of our employees the opportunity to rent a work bike at an attractive price. No matter if you want to improve your fitness or reduce your carbon footprint, you can choose your preferred bike according to your own personal preferences.

The Women’s workshop is an annual networking event for all our female employees. Implemented in a workshop format, the event focuses on experience-sharing between women in male-dominated business sectors. The event also enables female PEC employees to further improve their networking.

When you travel for work, your meal costs are often higher than when you’re at home. If business trips do not include breakfast, lunch or dinner, we will pay you a meal allowance.

Statutory pension entitlements now only cover basic provision. We support our employees in preparing for the future now by offering a company pension scheme (bAV) at rates for key accounts and with top benefits. In a one-to-one consultation, an external expert will explain how your retirement and occupational pension provision can be tailored to your individual preferences.

Inflation reached historically high levels in 2022. Be it energy, food or consumer goods – prices have risen more sharply than any other time in recent memory. Because of this, our employees will receive an inflation compensation bonus* until 2024.

We provide our employees with a wide range of health benefits as part of a free supplementary health insurance policy. This supplementary insurance not only provides financial support in the case of acute illness and injury, but also includes co-payments – e.g. for visual and hearing aids as well as dental prophylactic treatments. You can also take advantage of “Feel Free” when making appointments with specialists. Furthermore, the supplementary insurance also covers short-notice support via phone or video call consultations.

We want our employees to feel at home! This is why our offices offer numerous opportunities for relaxation and fun at work. There are always plenty of snacks and drinks available, as well as cozy corners to chill out in during breaks. After work, we often sit back and relax with an evening of PlayStation or a table tennis/table soccer tournament.

At regular PEC events, you can swap ideas with other employees and network with colleagues across the company. The highlights of the PEC calendar are without doubt the summer party and our Christmas party. Our monthly Rookie Cycle and the Rookie Graduation Event give new colleagues the opportunity to get to know each other better during workshops and dinners. Barbecues and wine tasting events also take place at the PEC offices.

To ensure that our employees can always stick to meeting arrangements with customers and be flexible, we provide pool cars at selected back offices.
