Since our foundation in 2008, the PEC team has grown steadily – and with it the number of locations. We now manage projects in Friedrichshafen, Stuttgart, Wolfsburg, Bremen, Munich and Düsseldorf – which means we are located from the south to the north of Germany. With our office in the automotive capital Detroit, we now additionally have a base in the USA, where we are also looking for motivated employees.

Working at PEC

As a modern service provider, we obviously strive to be there for our customers in the best possible way. We cultivate an in-person presence and in most cases provide advice to our project partners directly on site. On days you aren’t seeing customers, you can work from home or in the office.

We aren’t just looking for the right professional profile, it’s also important to us that you fit into our team and the project business. This means we don’t limit our selection process to your grades and choice of courses. We look for a certain type of person – people with character and passion. People with charisma and skills. People who demonstrate right from the start that they are fully motivated and passionate about their work.

Your practical experience, e.g. experience you’ve gained through relevant internships, is also key for us.

We have a comprehensive onboarding process to make sure that your first days as a new team member and on your new project run as smoothly as possible! Our onboarding process ensures that you receive all relevant information and system access details and are introduced to your colleagues.

As it’s not usually possible for all questions to be answered on the day of onboarding, we have also set up a buddy scheme. During your first six months with us, we will set you up with a buddy who will support you and always be there to listen to any questions you have – kind of like your own personal FAQ assistant.

In addition to this, we will discuss your induction progress and your first impressions during feedback meetings.

Getting Started at PEC

We offer our employees numerous options for further training in line with their personal preferences via the PEC Academy. In our Academy, you can attend training courses led by experienced colleagues as well as take part in external training sessions. This means that we can offer you a combination of knowledge from our team’s many years of experience and new exciting influences and specialist knowledge from outside sources.
